Evacuation option

My suggestion is an evacuation option where in the event of an attack you can evacuate your entire planet and as many resources as your ships can carry to a different planet/galaxy of your choice, penalty would be loss of resources you can't carry obviously and a downgrade of maybe 1 or 2 levels of all infra levels but only 1 maximum on geo, also lose 1 lab and spaceport level. Evacuation fleet cannot be seen even by advanced reports. Limit to once a week per planet so it can't be abused too much.
